Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 days after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

During high-demand periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Shauqin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Shauqin is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your case and assist with a resolution.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Shauqin is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping courier

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information
